"Ashley Newsome was amazing to work with!! I called inquiring on car and home insurance due to the recent passing of my mother. My parents had insurance with another local company, but I knew that I wanted to change over to State Farm as I’ve had insurance in Virginia with another State Farm agent for almost 40 years. I wasn’t sure how the insurance coverage would work with me living in Virginia, but wanting coverage on the cars and home in North Carolina. Ashley listened to my needs, questions and concerns and immediately said she could help and got me quotes within a few hours to review. We discussed a few follow-up items I had questions on.

Once we finalized everything with the quotes, I advised Ashley that my husband and I were coming back to NC for a few weeks and setup an appointment to meet in person. The day of the appointment we were in the area and finished up another meeting early. I called to see if Ashley could meet an hour sooner and she said “absolutely, come on in now.” She had all the details and paperwork ready to review and sign off on.
